Developing a culture of learning English to help improve the staff’s capacity
In order to assess the overall ability of using foreign languages (here is English), and to develop appropriate training goals and roadmap for our Company's personnel, SOL E&C has selected the strategic partners IDP Vietnam to jointly deploy the English proficiency testing activities according to IELTS standards for all employees working in departments and construction sites across the country.
Continuously improving the quality of works is the top goal of SOL E&C
Last week, SOL E&C continued to coordinate with the companies in our ecosystem to organize a field trip to the project for managers. In this program, the staff experienced the construction activities at 3 projects including Grand Marina Saigon, LUMIÈRE riverside and TTI Factory. These are all high-class, large-scale projects that are strictly required on quality and progress, invested by prestigious Clients (Masterise and TTI) along with leading project management consultants (MACE, Turner).
